Main purpose of role
To complete all financial transactions on the Lettings side of the business, providing support to all our offices and property management teams, giving a service that feels like it's part of the local office, treating every customer as if they were our only and retains our Landlords for life!
Location
Hanworth, TW13
Hours
Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary
£26,500-£28,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Posting daily financial transactions, including collections of rents and Landlords payments
- Data entry into our client accounting system
- Setting up the financial side of all new tenancies
- Releasing deposits back to tenants
- Issuing manual payments
- Ad-hoc calculations of rents and fees
- Adhering to codes of practice set by governing bodies (RICS, ARLA)
- Providing support to our expanding office network and support functions

Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive with a can do attitude
- Team Player
- Thrives under pressure particularly during busy periods
- Flexible and able to prioritise workload
- Reliable and committed to your work as well as the team
- Proven lettings experience - desirable
- Previous financial administration experience - desirable
- Knowledge of CFP Winman software - desirable
- Working knowledge of accounting software - desirable
Skills
- Has a professional approach, demonstrating high levels of integrity
- Organised
- Confident, with excellent communication skills, using the telephone as first point of contact
