Role Description
The Client Accounts Assistant is a full-time or part-time role, predominantly home-based with visits to our Edwalton office, supporting the finance and property management functions of NG Chartered Surveyors. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing client receipts and payments, managing bank reconciliation and service charge ledgers. The role involves reconciling bank statements, preparing reports for internal stakeholders and clients, and supporting the wider team with finance-related queries. The Client Accounts Assistant will collaborate closely with surveyors, property managers, and external clients to ensure timely, accurate financial administration and excellent service.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and finance skills, including experience with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and handling client money.
- ATT qualified
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Competence using accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) to process data and produce reports.
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy office environment.
- Previous experience in a property, professional services, or financial administration role is beneficial ideally experience using Re-Leased property management software.
