Role Description
The Client Acquisition Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. In this position, you will engage directly with potential customers, present brand offerings, and convert qualified leads into new clients through structured sales and field marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing your territory, planning daily outreach, conducting needs-based conversations, and accurately capturing customer information and outcomes. The role includes collaborating with team members and campaign managers to align on sales targets, follow brand guidelines, and support ongoing performance reporting. You will also participate in training sessions, contribute feedback from the field, and uphold Crestpointuk’s standards for professional conduct, integrity, and compliance.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and communicate clearly with diverse customer groups.
- Solid sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in converting leads, handling objections, and working toward defined performance targets or KPIs.
- Background in customer acquisition, field marketing, or direct sales, with an understanding of territory management and structured campaign execution.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, maintain a professional brand presence, and represent client brands consistently and responsibly.
- Comfort with basic reporting and data tracking, including documenting customer interactions, outcomes, and feedback for campaign improvement.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- High standards of integrity and compliance, with a commitment to transparent communication and ethical customer engagement.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred; a background in multi-market or multicultural environments is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent practical experience will be considered.
