We're Hiring: Client Acquisition Partner (Commission-Based)
We run a YouTube content agency. We supply script writers and video editors to creators and brands. We're looking for someone who can bring us clients.
While we are forced to choose a specific location, we are open to all English speakers.
This is a commission-only role. You earn a cut for the lifetime of every client you bring in. No cap on how much you can make.
What You'll Do
- Find brands, creators, and channels that need script writers or video editors
- Pitch our agency's writing and editing services
- Close deals and hand off onboarding to our team
- Keep a simple pipeline of leads and outreach
- Track activities on the agency platform to accurately track commissions

Who We're Looking For
- Confident reaching out to creators, brands, and studios
- Has sold services before, ideally in media, content, or agency work
- Understands the YouTube or content-creation space
- Self-driven. You don't need daily check-ins to get results
- Comfortable with commission-only pay tied to performance

Compensation
- 100% commission, no base pay
- Recurring commission for as long as the client stays with us
- Full transparency on rates and access to track commissions before you start
