Client Acquisition Representative (Commission-Based, Remote)
Location: Remote (Worldwide)
Type: Independent Contractor / Commission-Based
Potential Progression: Part-Time or Full-Time Role upon Hitting Agreed Milestones
Role Summary
ARQ Studios is looking for a highly efficient, results-driven Client Acquisition Representative to help us secure new business across the UK, Europe, North America, the UAE, and Africa.
This is a remote, commission-only role for someone who thrives on independence, hates micro-management, and knows how to turn outreach into signed contracts. You set your own hours, work from anywhere, and focus purely on generating leads and closing clients.
- No team meetings.
- No fixed schedule.
- No admin overhead.
Your performance is measured by agreed weekly/monthly milestones – not hours logged. And for those who consistently hit those milestones, there is a clear, documented path to a part-time or full-time role with ARQ Studios.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify potential clients in our target industries (fashion, beauty, wellness, lifestyle, hospitality, B2B services) across the UK, Europe, North America, UAE, and Africa.
- Build and manage your own prospect lists using Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other tools.
- Reach out via email, LinkedIn DMs, Instagram, WhatsApp, networking events – whatever works.
- Introduce ARQ Studios' services (branding, creative direction, content production, social execution) and qualify leads.
- Book discovery calls between prospects and our founder, Anna.
- Follow up persistently but professionally.
- Track all activity and leads in a shared Google Sheet or CRM.
- Work towards agreed weekly/monthly milestones (e.g., number of qualified leads, calls booked, deals closed).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit

Commission Structure
| Client Type | Commission Rate |
|---|---|
| One-off projects (e.g., branding package, creative direction) | 15% of signed & paid contract value |
| Retainer clients (e.g., monthly social media management) | 10% of first three months of retainer revenue |
Commission is paid after the client signs and payment is received by ARQ Studios.
- No cap on earnings. The more you bring, the more you earn.
Progression to a Part-Time/Full-Time Role
We are not looking for a quick hire. We are looking for a long-term partner.
If you consistently hit the agreed milestones (to be defined together in your first week – e.g., number of qualified leads per week, calls per month, or a first signed client), you will be offered a part-time or full-time role with a base salary + commission structure. This is not a vague promise – it is a written pathway that we will review together every 30 days.
Who We're Looking For (Candidate Profile)
You are efficient – you don't waste time on dead leads, you know how to find decision-makers, and you follow up without being annoying.
