ACE Accounts & Tax Ltd is looking for an organised, proactive, and confident Client & Administration Coordinator to join our growing team in Milton Keynes.
This is a varied, client-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys client communication, administration, compliance work, and coordinating with different teams within a busy accountancy practice.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
π Client Communication
- Handling incoming and outgoing client calls
- Responding to general client queries and coordinating with relevant team members
- Following up with clients for outstanding information and documents
π€ Client Onboarding
- Coordinating the onboarding of new clients
- Collecting and organising required information and documentation
- Assisting with engagement paperwork and identity verification requirements
- Ensuring client records and internal systems are kept up to date

π’ Companies House & Compliance
- Preparing and filing Confirmation Statements
- Assisting with dormant company accounts filings
- Supporting Companies House identity verification requirements
- Maintaining director, shareholder, and PSC information
- Monitoring compliance deadlines and ensuring timely follow-ups
π§ Reminders & Client Communications
- Sending regular reminders for accounts, VAT, payroll, Self Assessment, and other compliance requirements
- Following up on outstanding client information
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of client newsletters and important updates
π₯ Internal Team Coordination
- Coordinating between clients and our accounts, tax, payroll, and bookkeeping teams
- Keeping the team informed of client updates and outstanding actions
- Updating CRM/workflow systems with notes, deadlines, and work status
- Providing general administrative support to the Directors and Operations Manager

π What Weβre Looking For
- β Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- β Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- β Confidence speaking with clients by phone and email
- β Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow-ups
- β Good Microsoft Office and general IT skills
- β A proactive, responsible, and professional approach
- β Strong teamwork and coordination skills
Previous experience within an accountancy practice, professional services firm, or Companies House administration would be an advantage.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part-time office-based role (25β30 hours per week) within a friendly and growing accountancy practice.
