Client Administrator
Client Administrator (SIPP Team)
Location: Glasgow or Cheltenham (hybrid working) Contract Type: 12-month fixed term
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Administrator to join our Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) team. This role ensures a high-standard administrative service is delivered efficiently, complies with all regulatory and legislative requirements, and prioritises fair treatment for all clients.
A Typical Day May Include
- Administering tasks with a strong focus on meeting client-specific needs while adhering to agreed service levels, priorities, and quality standards.
- Taking ownership of client communication and task completion, ensuring needs are fully understood and actioned in line with documented procedures.
- Accurately recording working hours daily to maximise billable time and align with company objectives.
- Upholding BW’s values, behavioural competencies, and treating customers fairly (TCF) principles at all times.

- GCSE Maths & English at grade C/5 or equivalent.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills (fundamental to the role).
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous skill development.
Desirable Experience
- Experience in pensions or financial administration, particularly within the SIPP space.
- Teamworking skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
