Key Responsibilities
- Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients
- Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
- Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
- Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results
- Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
- Prove Brand and product knowledge
- Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free in a punctual and accurate manner
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor
- Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives
- Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in sales roles; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
- Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset;
- Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
- Strong communication skills;
- Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus;
- Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
