Overview

As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of the House and play a crucial role in offering each client a unique experience in line with the values and commitment of the House. You will strive to discover your clients' personalities and identify their desires while introducing them to the DNA of the House and its entire product range.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of sales revenue and achieving the sales targets of the store.
  • Welcome and advise our clients to provide them with an exceptional experience.
  • Share your product expertise with our clients.
  • Show initiative and boldness in suggesting complementary products.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and loyalty of our clients by building privileged and lasting relationships with each of them.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of the store.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the store: Visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, customer service, stock management.
  • Master and adhere to internal procedures and guidelines.
  • Support the digital evolution of the House.
  • Embrace the Jacquemus spirit with your creativity and sense of excellence.

  • You have a high sensitivity to product and fashion.
  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in sales and in the fashion or luxury sector, and ideally experience selling luxury handbags.
  • You have the ability to understand and go beyond the client's needs to offer the best possible client experience.
  • You have the ability to transition pre-existing client follow while also absorbing existing boutique clients reassigned to them.
  • You have a taste for challenges and a desire to collectively achieve set objectives.
  • Initiative, a sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy are essential for your success at JACQUEMUS.
  • You are fluent in English. Another language would be a plus.
