LUXURY CLIENT ADVISORS | NEW BOND STREET & HARRODS

Placed by Leon is partnering with a prestigious international luxury leather goods house to appoint exceptional Client Advisors for its New Bond Street flagship and Harrods concession.

Renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, beautiful leather goods, and exquisite exotic pieces, this is a house where quality, artistry, and understated luxury sit at the heart of the client experience.

We’re looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate about product and can translate craftsmanship, design, and heritage into compelling storytelling for their clients. These opportunities are particularly suited to candidates coming from a high-touch luxury environment, where success is driven by the quality of your relationships rather than simply the volume of customers coming through the door. You’ll understand how to build business rather than wait for business, proactively developing your client book, creating appointments, using CRM intelligently, and maintaining meaningful relationships long after the initial transaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

We want to hear from people who can demonstrate strong clienteling and CRM development, with tangible examples of converting new clients into repeat business and nurturing long-term VIC relationships. You’ll be commercially driven and confident in achieving individual targets, but equally understand that exceptional luxury selling is about far more than the transaction. We’re looking for someone who is naturally curious and prepared to think outside the box when developing their business, someone who understands their clients, remembers the detail, anticipates opportunities, and creates genuine reasons for them to return. Strong product knowledge, confident storytelling, and an appreciation for leather, craftsmanship, and design will be particularly valuable.
