Role Description
These full-time, hybrid Client Advisor roles are based across the UK. The Client Advisor will support business and private clients by providing insurance and risk management advice, handling day-to-day inquiries, and managing policy administration. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, preparing quotations, processing renewals and adjustments, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves building strong client relationships, resolving issues promptly, and coordinating with internal specialists to deliver integrated insurance and employee benefits solutions. The Client Advisor will also contribute to client retention initiatives, identify opportunities to enhance coverage, and support the wider team in achieving service and growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction capabilities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Practical knowledge of Insurance products and services, ideally within commercial and/or personal lines.
- Relevant experience in an advisory, account management, or brokerage environment in financial services or insurance.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a regulated environment and following FCA and internal compliance procedures.
- Proficiency with standard office software and insurance administration systems.
- Professional qualifications such as CII or a willingness to work toward them are an advantage.
