Since 1993, Anne Fontaine has been creating her high-end women's ready-to-wear collections by offering a real lifestyle thanks to a complete wardrobe around the shirt, accompanied by a line of accessories. Today, the company has 200 employees worldwide and offers its products in 50 stores spread over three zones (United States, Asia and Europe). Anne Fontaine's teams pay constant attention to the quality and details found in their products, the differentiating experience offered to shoppers and the selection and support of employees. Anne Fontaine is nowadays wishing to develop the notoriety and the visibility of its brand while preserving its artisanal know-how around the embroidery and the lace which are made on the site of Honfleur where the workshops are.

Job Description :

Evolving in a high-end environment, you will be an ambassador of the Anne Fontaine brand. In complete mastery of the brand universe and ensuring a personalized customer experience, you contribute to the achievement of the store's objectives.

You will participate in all the activities inherent to the good operation of the store and the radiance of the brand:

  • Develop and follow the customer portfolio
  • Participate in the organization of events such as launches of collections
  • Enhance the collection by respecting the visual identity of the brand
  • Participate in the follow-up of the stock and ensure its reliability.

The store is located in Knightbridge. Permanent contract: 40 hours a week

Who you are :

We are looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator with a confident, proactive approach, you will be relied on to build relationships with customers, as well as with the team you work with. You will need a good knowledge of fashion trends and plenty of energy and enthusiasm. Working within an enthusiastic and motivated team, you will have the ability to inspire customers, listen to their needs and meet their expectations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

  • Successful experience in high-end retail (minimum 3 years)
  • Fluent in English (another language would be a plus)
  • Relational Thinking

  • Good Listening Skills
