CLIENT ADVISOR
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced WRTW / MRTW Client Advisor to join our team in London. As part of a dynamic and high-performing team, you will embody the brand’s values and deliver an exceptional client experience, consistently exceeding expectations through a refined and personalized service.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding, personalized service to clients, ensuring a seamless and luxurious shopping experience.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of women’s ready-to-wear collections, including fabrics, craftsmanship, and styling advice.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and tailored recommendations.
- Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding individual and team targets.
- Maintain the highest visual and operational standards within the boutique, supporting merchandising and stock management.
- Stay informed about new collections, fashion trends, and competitor insights.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury fashion retail.
- Strong ability to engage with high-profile clients and build a loyal customer base.
- Passion for fashion and in-depth knowledge of luxury products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and professional approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adhere to company standards.
- Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and clienteling practices is highly desirable.
