We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Egham. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least four days a week in the office.
The role: Client Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity here at Marsh Commercial, as we’re looking to recruit a Client Advisor to join us in our Enterprise Centre of Excellence. Within your role you’ll be responsible for servicing both new & existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products.
For this role we are happy to consider those with either personal lines or commercial insurance experience. If successful you’ll be provided with a first-class induction, as well as be given the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications.
Once you have received initial training and support, you will be responsible for servicing a dedicated portfolio of clients, this can involve managing renewals, invoicing, producing new quotes, upselling/cross selling additional products whilst handling any additional queries that are presented.

We will rely on you to:
- Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management to our clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards
- Ensure timely completion of all set tasks ensuring client satisfaction at all times
- Demonstrate your adaptability skills when required in order to support colleagues in completing business critical tasks
- Develop meaningful working relationships with our insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients
- Through training, coaching and mentoring have a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance that we offer our clients and keep abreast of new technical and product developments
What you need to have:
- Ideally you’ll have a minimum of 1 year’s experience within insurance, this can be from either personal lines or within commercial insurance
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills that can be demonstrated via qualifications/grades gained during education
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and be able to work flexibly when required
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Have experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products
