Client Advisor
Salary - £33,000
Location - Haywards Heath
We’re working with a leading insurance organisation that is looking to appoint a Client Advisor to join their team.

The Role
Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll provide day-to-day support to Account Executives and be a key point of contact for clients and insurers.
Your Responsibilities
- Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and associated administration.
- Acting as a key point of contact with insurers throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Supporting a portfolio of approximately 40–50 clients.
- Working across a broad range of commercial insurance products, including Commercial Combined, Property, Liability, Legal Expenses, Travel, Cyber, Terrorism, Construction, and Engineering.
- Working across both open market and delegated authority placements.
- Supporting Account Executives with pre-renewal activity and client meetings.
- Building strong relationships with clients and insurers and ensuring excellent levels of service.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business.

About You

- Around 2 years’ experience within Commercial Insurance is preferred.
- Experience across multiple lines of commercial insurance would be advantageous.
- Candidates with SME experience will also be considered.
- Open to candidates at the start of their insurance career who demonstrate the right attitude and drive to progress.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ambitious, motivated, and keen to develop a long-term career within insurance.
- Organised and able to manage a varied portfolio of clients effectively.
- A proactive and team-focused approach.
