Job Opportunity: Client Advisor for Harrods Pop-up Store

We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor for our Harrods Pop-up store. As Client Advisor at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

This is a temporary position, running from mid-October until mid-January.

What You Will Do

Your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store but also through the whole customer cycle. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You take care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:

  • Managing and executing omni-channel services
  • Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience
  • Achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
  • Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory

Specific Personal Qualities for This Role

  • Interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to identify customer needs, cross-sell products, and close sales to achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Responsive with an ability to resolve customer concerns or issues in a professional manner

Specific Experience and Knowledge for This Role

  • Previous customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to drive sales and exceptional customer service
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling
  • Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
