Luxury Jewellery Client Advisor – London
Our client, a highly respected name within the luxury jewellery sector, is seeking an exceptional Client Advisor to join their London boutique. This is a rare opportunity to represent a brand synonymous with craftsmanship, heritage, and timeless design, within one of the world’s most prestigious retail environments.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be at the forefront of delivering an elevated client experience, building meaningful relationships with a discerning international clientele. You will act as a true brand ambassador, combining storytelling, product knowledge, and a highly personalised approach to drive sales and long-term loyalty.
The Role
- You will manage the full client journey from initial engagement through to aftercare, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s values and standards.
- Working towards individual and boutique targets, you will utilise CRM tools to develop and maintain a strong client book, proactively driving repeat business and private appointments.
- You will also support in-store events, VIP experiences, and client outreach initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- We are looking for a polished and commercially driven individual with experience in luxury retail, ideally within jewellery, watches, or a similar high-value environment.
- You will have a natural ability to build rapport, a strong understanding of clienteling, and a genuine passion for luxury products and craftsmanship.
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and a proactive mindset are essential.
