An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Advisor specialising in Menswear Ready-to-Wear (MRTW) and Shoes to join an established luxury fashion brand within a leading London department store.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded luxury sales professional who has a strong understanding of luxury footwear and menswear, and is looking to develop their career within a brand recognised for its exceptional design, craftsmanship and bespoke offering.

You will play an important role in delivering an elevated client experience, building lasting relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and personalised client experience, consistently reflecting the standards of a luxury brand.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with existing and new clients through effective clienteling and CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall department performance.
  • Use your knowledge of MRTW, footwear and luxury fashion to confidently advise clients and create complete looks.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including fabrics, fit, construction, craftsmanship and brand heritage.
  • Support clients throughout the sales journey, from initial consultation through to purchase and after-sales service.
  • Proactively follow up with clients, maintaining relationships and identifying further sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a personal client book, actively prospecting and recruiting new clients.
  • Support product launches, trunk shows, private appointments and other client events where required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive, high-performing boutique environment.
  • Maintain excellent visual merchandising and product presentation standards.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

  • Previous experience within luxury fashion retail, ideally with exposure to menswear and/or footwear.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for luxury shoes and menswear.
  • A genuine interest in fashion, styling and luxury craftsmanship.
  • Proven ability to deliver a highly personalised and client-focused service.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience developing and maintaining a personal client portfolio.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to build relationships with a discerning international clientele.
  • A proactive, energetic and polished approach to sales.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced department store environment.
  • Previous experience with bespoke or made-to-measure products would be advantageous.
