Client Advisor - Accessories & Shoes
Harvey Nichols | Leeds | Part-time & Full-time
Harvey Nichols is looking for Client Advisors to join our Accessories & Shoes team in Leeds.
We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals who can deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience, build strong client relationships and provide knowledgeable, personalised advice across accessories and shoes.
The Role
- Deliver outstanding luxury customer service
- Welcome clients and build lasting relationships
- Provide personalised product recommendations
- Support sales and achieve individual and team targets
- Process transactions accurately and professionally
- Maintain a high standard of presentation on the shop floor
- Be flexible and willing to support wider store departments when required

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in luxury or premium retail, accessories, shoes, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for fashion and luxury
- Confident, professional, and well-presented
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Available to start immediately
