As a Client Advisor, you will consistently exceed client expectations through a personable and engaging approach, driving both individual and team success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and store objectives.
  • Engage and connect with clients on an emotional level to deliver an exceptional, tailored, and unforgettable experience.
  • Cultivate meaningful, long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Maintain ongoing client relationships through regular communication and connection via email, phone, messages, etc.
  • Develop and grow your client book, maintaining accurate client profiles using company systems.
  • Deeply understand and confidently share our brand history and heritage.
  • Showcase our product categories through expert knowledge and compelling storytelling.
  • Act as a collaborative team member, actively contributing to store-wide activities and shared objectives.
  • Support with Visual Merchandising in accordance with Loro Piana guidelines.
  • Maintain pristine product presentation and organization across both front and back-of-house areas.
  • Support with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
  • Follow the company’s policies and procedures including Loro Piana’s standards in terms of grooming and behaviour.

  • Proven track record of achieving individual targets and contributing to collective team results.
  • Confident, service-oriented, adaptable, and empathetic in your approach to clients and team members.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to achieve performance goals while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and nurture a client portfolio.
  • Flexible, agile, and creative in your approach, with a naturally inclusive and open-minded mindset.
  • Deeply passionate and knowledgeable about our products and the luxury industry.
  • Committed team player with a strong collaborative approach across key stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
