Contract: Full-time, Permanent (Office 3 days, WFH 2 days is optional)
The Firm
Saranac Partners is a private office for investments and more. As an independent firm we offer an alternative to traditional institutions, providing expertise on the breadth of situations our clients face. Working with international families, business owners and private investors, we deliver solutions across strategy, investments and financing. Our firm was founded in 2016 by colleagues with a shared vision of building enduring client partnerships, we are obsessive about service, anticipating needs and following through.
Role Overview
As the firm continues to grow, we are looking to add a high-quality Client Advisor to our London team. The role is intended for an ambitious advisor likely to be operating at VP/Director level who is looking to build a long-term advisory practice within a collaborative, investment-led firm.

The role will appeal to individuals who value depth of advice, quality of relationships and long-term outcomes, and who are seeking an alternative to volume-driven or siloed advisory models.
The Role
- Act as a trusted advisor to a select group of private clients
- Develop new relationships aligned with Saranacโs long-term strategy
- Work closely with the investment team to deliver bespoke portfolio solutions
- Take ownership of the client experience, governance and ongoing engagement
- Contribute to the continued growth and evolution of the firm
Skills and Attributes Required
We are interested in candidates who bring:
- A growing book of business, with a small core of 5โ8 clients they believe could transition over time
- A credible business development story, with a clear and repeatable approach to building trusted client relationships
- Strong investment literacy, with the ability to engage confidently across portfolios and structures
- Fluency across the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, structuring, tax considerations, reporting and ongoing client service
- The presence, judgement and discretion required to advise UHNW clients
- A strong cultural fit: collaborative, intellectually curious, client-first and long-term in outlook
- VP/Director level experience with a qualified and regulated Banker profile
