Job Purpose

We are hiring a Client Advisor to join our Regent Street flagship store, one of Burberry's most dynamic and internationally recognised retail environments. In this role, you will deliver exceptional luxury experiences while building meaningful and lasting client relationships that drive long-term business success. Combining expert styling, commercial awareness and a proactive approach to clienteling, you will use CRM to deepen engagement, enhance loyalty and create personalised experiences that extend beyond the store visit. As a brand ambassador, you will bring the Burberry story to life while contributing to the energy and excellence of a fast-paced flagship environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and personalised service to a diverse global clientele, creating memorable luxury experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Develop and grow a strong client portfolio through consistent CRM activity, outreach, follow-up and personalised communication.
  • Enhance the flagship store experience by balancing high-volume customer engagement with tailored one-to-one client relationships.
  • Proactively grow client book through appointments, virtual interactions, client events and strategic clienteling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the wider store team to achieve commercial goals while maintaining Burberry's standards of service, craftsmanship and brand excellence.

Personal Profile

  • Experience delivering exceptional client service within luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality or a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop trust and long-term client loyalty.
  • Confidence using CRM tools and client data to drive engagement and commercial performance.
  • Passion for styling, fashion and creating personalised experiences that resonate with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced flagship environment.
  • Self-motivated, organised and proactive in building opportunities beyond immediate customer traffic.
