JOB PURPOSE
We are hiring a Client Advisor to join our Sloane Street team, where client relationships sit at the heart of commercial success. This role is uniquely focused on building and nurturing a loyal client portfolio through exceptional clienteling, strategic outreach and highly personalised service.

In a boutique environment with a more targeted client base, success comes not from waiting for footfall, but from proactively creating opportunities to engage, inspire and reconnect with clients. As a brand ambassador for Burberry, you will combine styling expertise, commercial awareness and creativity to deliver memorable luxury experiences that strengthen long-term client relationships and drive business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, develop and maintain a high-value client portfolio through consistent outreach, relationship building and personalised follow-up.
- Use CRM tools and client insights to identify opportunities, anticipate client needs and create meaningful engagement strategies.
- Deliver elevated styling and selling experiences tailored to each client's lifestyle, preferences and purchase history.
- Actively generate business through appointments, virtual consultations, events, networking and creative clienteling initiatives.
- Strengthen client loyalty by maintaining regular communication and creating memorable experiences both in and outside the store environment.
- Collaborate with the wider store team to achieve commercial goals while championing exceptional service and brand standards.

PERSONAL PROFILE
- Proven ability to develop long-term client relationships within luxury retail environment.
- Confidence using CRM tools and client data to drive engagement, retention and sales performance.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to identifying and creating business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with a diverse client base.
- Passion for luxury fashion, styling and delivering highly personalised client experiences.
- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working in an environment where success is driven by proactive client development rather than relying on store traffic.
