Job Purpose

We are hiring a Mandarin Speaking Client Advisor to join our Regent Street team. In this role, you will create meaningful relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalized luxury experience that inspires loyalty and drives commercial success. As a brand ambassador for Burberry, you will bring passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and client service to every interaction. You will also play an important role in building our local client community through regular client engagement activities and exclusive monthly events.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an elevated and personalized client experience that reflects Burberry's luxury standards.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with local and international clients, particularly Mandarin-speaking clientele.
  • Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, styling advice, and tailored recommendations.
  • Host and support exclusive client events on a monthly basis to strengthen client engagement and loyalty.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Burberry collections, craftsmanship, and brand heritage to confidently inspire clients.
  • Collaborate with store colleagues and management to achieve commercial objectives and create a welcoming store environment.

Personal Profile

  • Fluent in Mandarin and professional level of English, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse client base.
  • Previous experience in luxury retail, premium retail, or a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong client engagement skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Confident in styling, storytelling, and creating personalized shopping experiences.
  • Flexible to work a varied schedule, including early and late shifts between 9:15am and 8:30pm.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a desire to contribute to team and store success.
