As we continue to grow our Mid-Market Practice, we're looking for an experienced Client Adviser to join our team and help shape a servicing proposition built around exceptional client outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing practice from the ground up, working alongside talented Client Directors, Client Executives and the wider servicing team to support a portfolio of mid-market and corporate clients.
You may currently be working as a Client Adviser, Account Handler, Corporate Broker or in a similar client-facing role and be looking for the opportunity to develop your career within a business that empowers its people to make an impact. Reporting to the Client Advisory Team Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering first-class service to our clients, supporting retention and growth objectives, and helping establish the foundations of a high-performing and scalable client servicing model.
What you'll be doing
- Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of mid-market and corporate clients, delivering exceptional service and support throughout the year.
- Work closely with Client Executives and insurer partners to develop and deliver effective renewal and placement strategies.
- Manage the day-to-day servicing of client programmes, ensuring queries, adjustments and renewals are handled efficiently and professionally.
- Contribute to market exercises and negotiations, helping secure the most competitive and appropriate insurance solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business to deliver outstanding client outcomes and a consistent service experience.
- Play an active role in the growth and development of our Mid-Market Practice, helping shape a high-performing and scalable servicing proposition.

What we're looking for
We're looking for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys building strong client relationships and takes pride in delivering outstanding service. We're particularly interested in individuals who can demonstrate:
- Experience supporting corporate or mid-market clients within the commercial insurance market.
- Strong technical knowledge across a range of commercial insurance classes, including experience managing complex insurance programmes.
- The ability to build credibility and develop strong relationships with clients, insurers and colleagues.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a growing business environment.
- Progress towards or completion of Dip CII qualifications would be advantageous.
