Client Advisor | Luxury Fashion | London
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Client Advisor to join an established luxury fashion house in London. This is a highly commercial position suited to an accomplished luxury retail professional who is passionate about sales, client development, and delivering an elevated customer experience. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of achieving and exceeding individual sales targets, alongside proven experience using clienteling and CRM to generate repeat business, appointments, and long-term customer loyalty.
The Role
- Deliver an exceptional and highly personalised luxury customer experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Build, develop, and maintain a strong portfolio of local and international clients.
- Utilise CRM effectively to manage relationships, identify opportunities, and drive repeat business.
- Proactively conduct client outreach around new collections, product launches, events, and appointments.
- Provide confident styling advice and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs.
- Maximise commercial opportunities through effective cross-selling and upselling.
- Develop exceptional product knowledge and communicate the brand and collection with confidence.
- Support the wider team in achieving store targets and maintaining exceptional operational and visual standards.
- Act as a professional brand ambassador at all times.

The Candidate
- Previous experience within luxury or premium fashion retail is essential.
- A proven track record of strong individual sales performance.
- Highly commercial and sales-driven, with a genuine motivation to achieve and exceed targets.
- Demonstrable experience in clienteling, CRM, and proactive client outreach.
- Experience developing a personal client book and generating repeat business.
- Confident working with a luxury clientele and delivering a personalised service.
- Strong styling, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, polished, and professional with a strong presence on the shop floor.
- A collaborative team player who takes ownership of their individual performance.
