We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Client Advisor for our boutique based in Sloane, London.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.Key Responsibilities
Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines. Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM) Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff Support basic cash operations when necessary

Fluency in English. Other languages are considered a plus Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail Client Ceremony Effective sale techniques Store’s KPIs Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills Strong team player
