Join Us as a Client and Member Adviser
Join us as a Client and Member Adviser, you will be the friendly face and welcoming voice of our facility, playing a key role in ensuring our members, their dogs, and visitors feel valued and cared for. Your job is not just about answering questions or managing tasks; it’s about creating memorable experiences, building trust, and providing exceptional service at every touchpoint. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, and everyone has a fantastic experience with us.

Key Responsibilities
As a Client and Member Adviser you will:
- Participate in a unique and engaging pet wellness journey.
- Provide a warm welcome.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage Enquiries and Client/Pet Accounts.
- Address and resolve member complaints.
- Support member and dog journey.
- Process payments and handle sales enquiries.
- Provide support with daily operational tasks around the facility, ensuring everything runs efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure a welcoming, home-like environment.
You will support a multidisciplinary team that includes Wellness Advisers (RVN), Veterinary Physiotherapists specialising in small animals (ACPAT Cat A and/or RAMP), Canine Hydrotherapists, Groomers, Veterinary Behaviourists and Pain Management Clinicians.
