We are looking for a curious, credible and relationship-focused Client Associate to help us build trusted relationships and create long-term opportunities across healthcare estates, strategy and delivery. This is not a volume sales role. You will listen carefully to clients, understand complex challenges and connect them with the right Health Spaces expertise and support.
- Build and nurture high-quality relationships with healthcare clients, consultants, partners and industry contacts.
- Identify client challenges and develop meaningful opportunities aligned with Health Spaces’ expertise.
- Prepare for and contribute to client meetings, site visits, events and senior stakeholder conversations.
- Support leads and opportunities through timely follow-up, coordination and clear internal communication.
- Research organisations, stakeholders and emerging healthcare priorities to bring useful insight into the business.
- Keep relationship activity, client insight, pipeline information and reporting accurate and up to date.
- Represent Health Spaces professionally and confidently across different client and industry settings.
What will we need you to have?
You will be someone who listens before proposing solutions, asks thoughtful questions and is genuinely interested in solving healthcare challenges. We will also be looking for:

- Experience in healthcare consulting, business development or a relationship-led role within a complex B2B environment.
- Acute healthcare experience and an understanding of the complexity of NHS or private healthcare stakeholders.
- Confidence engaging with senior decision makers in board meetings, events, networking conversations and site visits.
- Evidence of building long-term relationships that have developed into meaningful opportunities.
- An ability to uncover underlying client problems through careful listening, curiosity and well-judged questions.
- Commercial awareness, sound opportunity judgement and a focus on long-term client value rather than quick wins.
- A disciplined approach to CRM use, pipeline management, regular reporting, follow-up and accountability.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to share useful insight with internal and external stakeholders.
- A Hungry, Humble, and Smart mindset, with the confidence to be memorable while remaining collaborative and credible.
- Office-based in London.
What will you get?
- £45,000 to £70,000 salary per annum
