The Role

As a Client Broker, you'll work closely with clients, insurers and colleagues to provide tailored insurance solutions and exceptional ongoing support.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of client accounts
  • Building strong and lasting client relationships
  • Providing professional advice and support
  • Negotiating with insurers to secure the best outcomes
  • Delivering a first-class customer experience at every interaction
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve outstanding results

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Is organised, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
  • Has insurance or account management experience (preferred)
  • Shares our values of professionalism, integrity and putting clients first
