Client Business Analyst

Help shape client solutions and influence how leading investment management firms utilise innovative technology and data services in a highly collaborative, client-facing role.

As a Client Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering successful client projects by understanding business requirements and turning them into practical, effective solutions. You'll work closely with clients, Project Managers, Data Relationship Managers, and Product teams, giving you exposure to a wide range of stakeholders and business challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, consultancy, and technology knowledge while helping clients maximise the value of industry-leading products and services. You'll also have the chance to contribute ideas that influence future product development and enhancements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and capture detailed client requirements through meetings, calls, and written communication to support successful project delivery.
  • Document and translate client requirements into practical solutions using FE fundinfo's products and services.
  • Provide consultancy and guidance to clients, recommending the most effective and suitable solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Configure and support platform modules and services, including tasks such as template creation and system configuration.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Data Relationship Managers, and other internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Support existing client services through ongoing configuration updates, business-as-usual requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • You will have 3+ years solid experience working as a Business Analyst, delivering successful outcomes in client-facing or project-based environments.
  • You will have strong experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You will possess a good technical understanding that enables you to confidently discuss solutions and system capabilities with stakeholders.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • You will be confident engaging with external stakeholders and translating complex requirements into clear, practical business solutions.
