Client Business Director, Premium Brand - Award-winning Media Agency (6-month contract)
Location: Central London / Hybrid
Team: Client Leadership / Global Media
We’re working with an award-winning international media agency looking for an experienced Client Business Director to join its Client Leadership team and take a senior role on a major global account.
This is a high-profile opportunity for someone who is highly organised, efficient and confident operating across complex international structures. You’ll help shape a new account setup, create clear processes and ensure teams, markets and specialist functions deliver against agreed timelines and standards.
This is an initial 6-month contract with an immediate start preferred. There is also the possibility for the role to become permanent following the initial 6-month contract period.
The opportunity
You’ll act as a senior operational and client leadership lead across a large multi-market account, helping establish effective ways of working, governance, reporting and delivery frameworks.
You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders, local market teams and specialist functions across media, strategy, data and analytics, ensuring reporting, dashboards and key deliverables are built and delivered on time.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
