Client Campaign Manager – Experiential Marketing

Location: South East of England (Remote)

Salary: £50,000–£65,000 base + bonus, depending on experience

Contract: Full-time

Working hours: Two later working days each week to support US clients, with standard UK hours on the remaining days

A campaign has been sold. The brief has been agreed. Now someone needs to make every moving part happen.

We’re working with an established and growing product-sampling and experiential marketing business looking for a Client Campaign Manager to take ownership of campaigns from sales handover through to successful delivery and reporting.

The company’s head office is in the South East of England, although the role will be mainly remote based.

This is not primarily a sales or new-business role. It is a hands-on client and campaign-management position for somebody who understands how experiential, product-sampling and brand-activation campaigns work in practice.

The role

You’ll be the main day-to-day contact for clients, turning an agreed brief into a clear delivery plan and coordinating everyone involved in making the campaign happen.

Approximately half of your time will support UK sampling and experiential campaigns. The remaining half will focus on major US programmes involving multiple participating consumer brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
