Client Care Administrator – JL PhysioFit Morpeth
JL PhysioFit is an award-winning physiotherapy and Pilates clinic, founded in Ponteland in 2020. In January 2027 we're opening our second clinic in Morpeth, and we're looking for a full-time Client Care Administrator to be the welcoming face of the new clinic from day one.
You'll start in Ponteland, learning our systems alongside our front desk team, then move to Morpeth ahead of opening. It's a rare chance to help shape a new clinic from the very beginning.
The role
- Being the first friendly point of contact, in clinic, on the phone and by message
- Helping set up the front desk, systems and client experience at our new clinic
- Managing and protecting the diary (bookings, changes, waitlists, confirmations)
- Operating Cliniko and TeamUp (appointments, payments, memberships and class bookings)
- Following systems and checklists, and helping improve them over time

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
