Join our friendly team at our Bournemouth Practice and play a key role in creating a positive experience for every client who walks through our doors.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Client Care Advisor, you'll be the welcoming face of our practice and an important link between our clients and clinical team. Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every client and their pet receives a warm, professional welcome.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and your colleagues to create a positive and supportive environment.
  • Ensuring every client leaves feeling valued, well-informed, and confident in the care their pet has received.
  • Greeting clients, processing payments, and managing future appointments with confidence.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the practice by using our online booking system and other administrative tools, so good computer skills are essential.
  • Keeping the reception area organised, tidy and inviting.

This is a part-time position, working up to 30 hours per week, including Saturdays. The role requires flexibility to provide additional cover for holidays and sickness when needed. The starting salary is £12.71 per hour.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, organised, and genuinely enjoys helping others. You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Enjoy being the first point of contact for clients and their pets, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Take pride in delivering excellent customer service and are confident explaining our services and additional products.
  • Remain calm, compassionate, and attentive, even in emotional or busy situations.
  • Bring enthusiasm, positivity, and a genuine passion for both customer care and animal welfare.
  • Can support clients through every stage of their pet's journey—from celebrating a new puppy's first visit to offering kindness and reassurance during more difficult moments.
  • Contribute to a friendly, supportive team culture and help create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who visits the practice.
