CLIENT CARE ASSISTANT
Willet House - Staines
30 hours per week
£12.71 per hour
Willett House Veterinary Surgeons is looking for a friendly, compassionate and organised Client Care Assistant to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a professional and caring service while supporting the smooth running of our veterinary practice.
About the role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and answering telephone enquiries
- Booking appointments and managing client communications
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records
- Processing payments and assisting with administrative tasks
- Supporting vets and the clinical team during consultations
- Advising clients on practice products and services
- Assisting with stock control, pharmacy and insurance administration
- Supporting clients with compassion during difficult circumstances, including bereavement
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and health & safety
- Working flexibly across branches when required

About you
We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, organised and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in providing outstanding client and patient care.
- Previous veterinary reception or client care experience is required, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well as part of a team are equally important.
- As you will need to cover their other local practices from time to time, it is essential that you drove and have a vehicle.
