The Soke is a private mental health center designed to make high-quality care easier to access in a setting that promotes wellness, comfort, and security. With clinics in Chelsea and Wimbledon, the organization offers a multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, coaches, and other wellbeing specialists serving adults, children, families, organizations, and schools. The Soke focuses on turning conversations about mental health into meaningful, client-centric action by considering every aspect of the client experience. Its mission is to provide relevant, accessible, safe, and regulated care, tailored to each client’s needs and delivered with exceptional service.
Role Description
The Client Care Co-Ordinator is a contract, on-site role based in Greater London, working primarily from The Soke’s clinics in Chelsea and Wimbledon. This role involves being the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email while maintaining a calm, professional, and supportive manner. - Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Updating client records
- Coordinating with clinical staff
- Ensuring the smooth running of reception and waiting areas
The Client Care Co-Ordinator supports clients through the intake process, provides clear information about services and procedures, and helps maintain confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations. The role also includes handling feedback, resolving basic service issues, and contributing to a welcoming environment that encourages engagement with mental health care.

- Strong Interpersonal Skills and a client-centered approach to care
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Professional Phone Etiquette and confidence handling high volumes of calls
- Commitment to Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction in a sensitive healthcare setting
- Relevant experience in a front-of-house, reception, or client care role, ideally within healthcare or wellbeing services
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with booking systems and basic office software; familiarity with confidential record-keeping is an advantage
- Awareness of and respect for mental health needs, diversity, and inclusion; prior work in mental health or counselling services is beneficial
