Role Overview

💙 Be the person who makes someone feel welcome.

When a client walks through our doors, you could be the first person they meet. That first interaction matters.

As a Client Care Coordinator at MSI Reproductive Choices UK, you'll play an important role in creating a positive, supportive and respectful experience for every client who comes to us for care.

👋 This isn't a traditional receptionist role.

It's a genuinely people-focused and you'll meet people from all walks of life, each with their own circumstances, experiences and reasons for being here. Sometimes, the people you meet may be going through a difficult or emotional time. You'll need to be comfortable having sensitive conversations, dealing with challenging situations and remaining calm and compassionate when things aren't straightforward.

Responsibilities

✨ What does the role involve?

Every day will be different.

  • You'll welcome clients, help resolve queries and make sure clients know what happens next.
  • You'll work closely with colleagues across the centre, keeping communication flowing and helping everything run smoothly.
  • You'll need to be confident speaking to people face-to-face and able to adapt your approach depending on who you're talking to.
  • You may have conversations that are straightforward and positive, and others that require greater patience, empathy and understanding.
  • You'll also be part of a busy team, so supporting your colleagues and working together will be just as important as the way you support our clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
