Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client enquiries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels
  • Coordinate appointments, requests, follow-ups, and routine client support activities
  • Provide clear and professional information while maintaining a positive client experience
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, updates, and outcomes
  • Liaise with internal teams to help resolve client queries efficiently
  • Follow up with clients to ensure requests and concerns are addressed
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team when required
  • Support general administrative and client-care processes across the business

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
  • Good organization and time-management skills
  • Professional, empathetic, and client-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Comfortable using email, online systems, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools
  • Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment
  • Previous customer service, administration, hospitality, or client-support experience is beneficial but not required
