About Us

Animal Emergency Australia (AEA) is a network of independent emergency hospitals, general practices, veterinary support, and educational services across Australia. At our core, AEA exists to help veterinary professionals do and be their best. We invest in our team members’ work-life balance, career progression, and personal development, empowering them to excel in the field of veterinary medicine while making a meaningful impact on the lives of animals.

About The Clinic

AES Cannington/PVE is a fast-paced and progressive emergency service located in our 2 well-renowned hospitals based in Yokine and Cannington. We are a trusted leader in Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) for small animals and our vision is to set the highest possible standard for ECC medicine in Australia. We have an inclusive and compassionate team of Client Care Representatives, Management, Nurses, and Veterinarians.

About The Role

Our Client Care Representative role is the main connection between our clients and the clinical team. This position is responsible for ensuring our clients and their pets have the best possible experience whilst in AES care. This starts from the time they come through our doors to when they leave and beyond. We greet everyone with a smile on our face and compassion in our heart, regardless of the emergencies that are occurring behind closed doors.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
