Overview
Are you an experienced pensions professional with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional results? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
We’re looking for a Client Change Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll oversee the delivery and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of projects and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
How you'll make an impact
- Managing and inspiring a team, coaching and developing individuals to reach their full potential.
- Overseeing the scoping, costing, and resourcing of projects and events, collaborating with Specialist Projects Consultants where needed.
- Performing and verifying manual and automated pension calculations, including key events such as retirements, leavers, deaths, and pension increases.
- Interpreting and running MKEY reports, as well as conducting data mining to locate critical information.
- Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of pension regulations to ensure compliance with GMP/GMPE, disclosure requirements, and other regulatory obligations.
- Reviewing Scheme Booklets, Trust Deeds, Rules, and Actuarial instructions to complete tasks accurately.
- Taking accountability as the designated Project Owner for a portfolio of projects and events.
- Driving process improvement initiatives and supporting senior staff with their implementation.
- Deputising for the Senior Operations Manager when required.

About You
- A seasoned occupational pension schemes expert, with a detailed understanding of either DB or DC, and Hybrid Pension Schemes.
- Already established at either team leader or a principal now looking to progress to a Team Leader position.
- Proven people management experience, from trainees to senior associates.
- Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
- The ability to scope, cost, resource, and check projects/events.
- A proactive leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop their team.
