Commercial Contract Renewals & Remedial Quoting Manager

About the Role
You’ll lead and strengthen a specialist team, specialising in commercial contract renewals and remedial quoting—an essential role for stably protecting client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Supervise and develop a team of contract administrators and estimators, steering renewal cycles, remedial quotations, and sales administration.
- Conduct performance reviews, deliver coaching, and cultivate a collaborative environment prioritising accuracy and client service excellence.
Renewal Process Management
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for service contracts, ensuring:
- Identification of upcoming expirations and proactive client engagement.
- Review of contract terms, pricing adjustments, and scope changes.
- Finalisation of renewals with finance and operational teams via coordinated documentation.
- Tracking systems maintained to monitor contract pipeline status and measure conversion rates.

Quotations & Sales Operations
- Oversee quotations for remedial, repair, and additional scope work (post-service visits), ensuring they align with:
- Technical accuracy and commercial viability.
- Client expectations[^1].
- Lead sales order processing, CRM management, database updates, customer record maintenance, and sales reports.
- Monitor pricing strategies, convert rates, and budget forecasting with leadership.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Develop standardised quoting processes and approval workflows.
- Ensure all renewals and quotations comply with:
- Contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Escalate challenges, mitigate risks (談判 Papers for renewable cost assumptions), and guard profit margins.
Customer Relationships & Continuous Improvement
- Build long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their evolving needs.
- Identify expansion opportunities and champion contract retention.
- Refine operational procedures, integrate technology, and generate performance reports.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ comprehensive understanding of contract and sales administration, with seniority in contract/remedial quoting (sprinkler/fire protection preferred).
- Extensive management experience: Confirmed ability to drive improvements, set clear objectives, and treat team members equitably.
- Practical technical grasp: Experience negotiating value propositions, pricing structures, and product solutions.
- CRM Management: Advanced capabilities in CRM platforms, contract management software, and Excel (projections/profitability).
- Staff leadership: Suitability for mentoring, rewarding high performers, and managing underperforming staff.
- Communication/Multitasking: Excellent written/verbal skills—ability to turn complex technical details into clear proposals for clients/senior stakeholders.
