Commercial Contract Renewals & Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a Commercial Contract Renewals & Sales Manager to lead and manage a specialist team responsible for:
- Commercial contract renewals
- Remedial quoting processes
- Sales administration
This role ensures timely, accurate contract renewals while overseeing the development and submission of remedial work quotations to maintain client relationships and drive revenue growth.
What You Will Be Doing
Team Leadership & Operations
- Supervise and develop a team of contract administrators and estimators, handling renewal cycles, remedial quotations, and sales administration.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a collaborative environment focused on accuracy and client service excellence.
Renewal Process Management
- Manage workload allocation to ensure deadlines are consistently met across multiple contracts and projects.
- Oversee the end-to-end renewal process, including:
- Proactively identifying upcoming contract expirations
- Engaging clients in timely renewals
- Reviewing contract terms, pricing adjustments, and scope changes
- Coordinating with finance and operations teams to finalise renewals
Quotation Development
- Direct the preparation and submission of quotations for remedial, repair, and additional scope work.
- Establish standardised quoting processes, pricing methodologies, and approval workflows.
- Ensure quotations are:
- Technically accurate
- Commercially competitive
- Aligned with contract terms and client expectations

Sales & CRM Administration
- Process sales orders, prepare quotes and proposals, and maintain CRM systems and sales databases.
- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and coordinate sales meetings and presentations.
- Track sales metrics, pipeline data, forecasts, andQuarter Regression
Strategic Oversight
- Monitor pricing strategies to maintain profitability while remaining competitive.
- Track quote-to-conversion metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with management on budget forecasting related to:
- Renewal revenue
- Remedial work projections
- Implement controls to minimise pricing errors and contractual disputes.
Client & Risk Management
- Serve as the primary escalation point for:
- Complex renewal negotiations
- Remedial scope discussions
- Build strong relationships with key clients to:
- Understand their evolving needs
- Address concerns promptly
- Ensure high service standards supporting:
- Contract retention
- Expansion opportunities
Process & Compliance Improvement
- Develop and refine standard operating procedures for:
- Renewals
- Quoting workflows
- Implement technology solutions and CRM tools to enhance:
- Efficiency
- Data accuracy
- Generate management reports on:
- Team performance
- Renewal success rates
- Remedial work trends
- Ensure compliance with:
- Contractual obligations
- Company policies
- Regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks related to:
- Contract terms
- Pricing commitments
- Service delivery capabilities
What We Will Need From You
Working within a Sprinkler industry, we need a candidate with:
✅ Comprehensive experience in:
- Contract management
- Commercial operations
- Facilities management (essential)
- Ideally within the sprinkler or fire protection sector
✅ Experience of a supervisory/management role where you’ve:
- Drive performance improvements
- Developed talent

- Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) (essential)

- Balance client needs with profitability objectives
- Negotiate and develop value propositions (essential)
✅ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to:
- Present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders (essential)
What You Can Expect in Return

- Hours: 36.5 per week (Monday to Thursday: 8.45 AM – 4:40 PM, Friday: 8.45 AM – 4:00 PM)
