Client Data Assistant

What we are looking for
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys solving problems and has an interest in how data and technology can support business growth and stronger client relationships.
Whether your experience comes from previous roles, internships, placements, academic studies or a personal interest in CRM and data management, we'll provide the support and development needed to help you succeed and grow within the role.
What you'll be doing
Client Data & CRM Management
- Support the Global CRM Manager in enhancing the firm's client data and relationship management capabilities.
- Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of data held within InterAction Hybrid Cloud.
- Monitor and manage the CRM support inbox, responding to user requests and queries.
- Support data cleansing, maintenance, enrichment and archiving activities.
- Assist with system updates, enhancements and ongoing optimisation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to CRM related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders across the firm.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Analyse client and relationship data to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
- Support data driven decision making within Business Development and Marketing teams.
- Create, maintain and enhance reporting outputs for a range of stakeholders.
User Support & Engagement
- Deliver training and support to colleagues across the firm.
- Create user guides, FAQs and video-based learning content.
- Promote best practice use of client data and CRM tools.
- Support initiatives that drive user engagement and adoption.

Marketing Technology Support
- Assist with the administration of marketing technology platforms including Vuture and Cirrom.
- Support email marketing activities and reporting.
- Help ensure compliance with GDPR and marketing preference requirements.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and adoption of technology solutions that support business growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with colleagues across Business Development, Marketing and Communications functions.
- Support partners, lawyers and business services professionals with data and reporting requirements.
- Build strong relationships across the firm and become a trusted point of contact for client data related queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and user experience.
Skills & Qualifications
- A genuine interest in data, analytics, technology, relationship management, marketing or business development.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
