The Role

The Client Data Associate will support the daily Transaction Reporting processes, assist with the Transaction Reporting reconciliation, creation and maintenance of Assets and review of exception reports to maintain and update all related static data.

  • Assist with Transaction Reporting reconciliation, set up new assets, and review and update as required
  • Maintain the asset file with up-to-date prices and any other static data amendments for Operational departments
  • Monitor and amend daily price feeds from Bloomberg
  • Undertake regular and periodic exception reports to analyze and update static data
  • Liaise with other business areas to ensure prices are updated as required for month-end & quarter-end report packs
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of procedures, processes, and ad hoc projects across the Client Services and Operations department
