The company provides tailored, quality-led and timely solutions from early and late phase pharmaceutical development, clinical and commercial drug product manufacture, product launch through to commercial packaging and global distribution.

The Role:

As Client Data Integrations Lead, you will play a key role in shaping how Almac Pharma Services delivers trusted, efficient and connected data solutions for clients. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to understand requirements, support standardised data integrations and help enhance the digital client experience.

You will help define business requirements, governance, and priorities for client-facing data integrations whilst working closely with the Almac Information Services team, which owns the technical architecture, architecture standards, integration platforms, security standards, and technical delivery governance.

This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing digital roadmap, helping create clear, controlled and compliant ways of sharing client data that support business growth and operational performance.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time, permanent employment in the UK.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience leading or supporting data integration, client data exchange or data sharing between systems used in a supply chain or manufacturing organisation.
  • Experience gathering, documenting and prioritising business, client, data, integration, security and compliance requirements with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess client data needs. The ability to translate complex client, process and system requirements into clear integration requirements, data mappings, business rules and testable acceptance criteria.
