Role Description

The Client Delivery and Event Lead B2B is a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater London, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns and B2B client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. The role includes planning and executing virtual and in-person events, coordinating logistics, managing speakers and sponsors, and optimizing attendee experience. The individual will act as a primary point of contact for clients, gather requirements, track performance against KPIs, and provide regular updates and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to refine campaign strategies, troubleshoot delivery issues, and continuously improve processes and outcomes.

  • Experience managing B2B client delivery, including project coordination, stakeholder communication, and performance reporting.
  • Proven event management skills across planning, logistics, supplier coordination, and on-the-day execution for digital and in-person events.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in client-facing interactions and collaborative work with internal teams.
  • Comfort with digital marketing concepts, data-driven decision-making, and basic analytics or reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in standard office and collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, virtual event platforms, CRM tools).
  • Previous experience in HR, B2B marketing, media, or professional services is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, event management, or a related field is preferred.
