This is a full-time, Fixed Term Contract/Secondment role based in the Isle of Man.

Job Description

JOB TITLE: Client Delivery Associate - Isle of Man – FTC / Secondment
SALARY: £28,776
LOCATION(S): Isle of Man
HOURS: Full-time, 12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Secondment

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Client Delivery Associate, you will provide exceptional service to our new and existing International Private Banking Clients. You will be responsible for managing client cases and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through ongoing due diligence (ODD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. This role requires a proactive approach to client service and meticulous attention to detail, as you’ll engage with clients by telephone and email to gather the necessary information and documentation while providing a personalised service.

In this role you’ll:

  • Support new and existing clients with account applications received through our online and telephony channels, providing a seamless Onboarding experience
  • Complete Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) reviews in line with regulatory and policy requirements
  • Proactively engage with clients by email and telephone to obtain information and documentation, delivering a professional and personalised customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Client Delivery and supporting teams to improve processes and deliver the best outcomes for clients.
