Client Delivery Coordinator – Early Careers

Location: London

Working pattern: Hybrid, 3 days per week in office minimum.

Salary: Competitive

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm

We’re looking for a highly organised and people-focused Client Delivery Coordinator to join an established organisation helping students and graduates take their first steps into the world of work.

You’ll play a central role in delivering major early careers recruitment campaigns for leading employers. From supporting candidate sourcing and answering questions to running briefing calls and coordinating campaign activity, you’ll help ensure every candidate feels informed, supported and valued.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who wants to build a career in recruitment, client delivery, customer experience or early talent.

What you’ll be doing

Creating an exceptional candidate experience

  • Creating an exceptional candidate experience
  • Support candidate sourcing using internal and external databases.
  • Respond to candidate enquiries by phone, email and the customer support platform.
  • Provide regular and timely updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track candidate referrals and application progress across multiple campaigns.
  • Deliver candidate briefing and feedback calls.
  • Arrange reasonable adjustments for candidates during the selection process.
  • Gather feedback and use candidate satisfaction and NPS scores to improve the service.
  • Make sure every candidate receives a professional, supportive and inclusive experience.

Supporting campaign delivery

  • Coordinate client and campaign activity within agreed service levels and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and campaign records.
  • Manage multiple tasks across different recruitment campaigns.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client requests.
  • Build a strong understanding of each client’s recruitment systems, processes and requirements.
  • Work closely with colleagues to manage shared workloads and keep campaigns moving.

  • Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, administration or another people-facing environment would be an advantage.
