Job Description: Client Delivery Lead UK

Reports to: Client Delivery Director
Location: United Kingdom (Remote / Hybrid, with travel as required)
Job Type: Full-Time

Introduction

The Client Delivery Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of mea's solutions across UK and EMEA clients. Working closely with the Client Delivery Director, Product, Technology, Sales, and Client teams, this role is responsible for leading client implementations from project initiation through to go-live and ongoing adoption.

This is a highly client-facing, hands-on delivery leadership role. We are seeking an individual who combines strong commercial insurance expertise with proven project delivery experience and a passion for solving complex business problems. The successful candidate will be comfortable working directly with insurers, brokers, MGAs and reinsurers, translating business requirements into successful delivery outcomes while building trusted client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within either a commercial insurance organisation or an insurance technology/software company and will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where ownership, accountability, and a willingness to "roll up your sleeves" are essential.

Role Overview

The Client Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of client implementations across the UK and EMEA markets.

This role combines insurance domain expertise, project leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities to ensure clients realise measurable value from mea's products. The Client Delivery Lead acts as the primary delivery contact for clients, coordinating internal resources, managing project risks, driving adoption, and ensuring successful outcomes throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The role requires a highly motivated individual who is equally comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders, analysing business and operational processes, managing project plans, and working with technical teams to resolve delivery challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Implementation Leadership

  • Lead client implementations from discovery and initiation through configuration, testing, training, deployment, and go-live.
  • Own project plans, milestones, delivery schedules, and implementation governance.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high quality standard.
  • Coordinate activities across Product, Technology, Client Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
  • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Drive client adoption and value realisation following implementation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
